Nothing wrong with La Puente, just an average place with okay food. Big plates at lower than average price for similar places. Chile relleno was barely filled. The menudo was lacking flavor but no complaints. The pata was really good. The margarita was extra sweet and more like a juice. Once to try is fine and experience by yourself. Again, nothing wrong.
The food was really good! The flavors were wonderful! I would definitely go again. The service was fast and comfortable. They don’t have a lot of the traditional meats at Mexican restaurants. You can’t get Al Pastor, carne asada, carnitas, etc. in tacos and burritos. There are a lot of drinks that have no refills. Other than that, the restaurant is awesome!
