Excellent food and service! Love the vibes here and their menu has so many tasty foods. Their drinks are top notch. the bartenders really know their craft with so many flavors and drinks. Bonnie and Deanna are always on point and attentive to their customers. Definitely coming back!!!
The Sandy Springs location of La Parrilla is a great restaurant with an upscale Tex-Mex feel. The quality of their food compares favorably to other more traditional Mexican restaurants, and it's worth every penny! The quality of the food is a notch above your more traditional Mexican Restaurants. I highly recommend the La Parrilla Margarita and the Texas nachos, fajita, or quesadilla! Enjoy!
Meh! If it is Mexican food you are interested in, this is not the place. The overall food quality is there. It's the total lack of any Mexican food flavor that yells go elsewhere. I went on a less than busy time of the day and the service was slooooow. I mean very slooooow. For me, there are a couple of menu items that are indicative of food authenticity. On this day, I opted for the Tampiquena steak. This is simple and, at a good Mexican restaurant, loaded with flavor. Here, the idea behind the steak seems to have gotten lost. Even if I concede the more TexMex style of the menu, the flavors took the day off. Now, don't get me wrong. The steak was very good. If you had blind folded me, I might have guessed I was at Outback or some other similar middle of the road steak house. Plus, if it was a nice, well cooked steak I was after, I wouldn't have gone here. So, if you like real deal Mexican food, this is not the spot.
