Your food is delicious, however your order accuracy is poor. Last time we ordered carry out, we got home and found we received cornbread instead of hush puppies, did not get the fries we ordered, and the $9.99 chicken tenders only came with 2 tenders instead of the 4 it was supposed to have. We called to complain and the staff did make it right, however I had to drive back. This time, we ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and received a pulled pork sandwich, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich came with ranch dressing instead of cole slaw. We will still come back because your food is so good, but I feel I am going to have to open up every item now before I leave the restaurant to make sure the order was put together correctly. Whatever system you have in place does not seem to be working well.
We had City BBQ Sandy Springs cater our wedding and they did a fabulous job. So often people don't enjoy the food at weddings, but we got endless compliments, people going back for seconds and thirds, and only the smallest amount of left overs, which we only had because it was set aside for the bride and groom to enjoy later in the evening. Yummy and comforting and 100% a fan favorite!
This place is just plain awesome! Pricing is not too bad and the food is incredible. I had a couple of ribs and a side of Brunswick stew, and both were wonderful. Full of flavor and not too spicy.
