This is a typical Mexican Restaurant, with the little touch as if it was homemade. The place is small, not fancy at all. The 3 star is because their salsa is pretty much water with tomato and onion in it, horrible! - One dish that they have, my wife loved it, which is a whole fried fish, it's about 12" big! On the menu, they state that they will add a 15% gratuity. I didn't see it because they gave me just the credit card bill to sign. I asked them if they added the 15%, and she barely said no... which I felt kind weird. I had to add then tips, turned out a little price out dinner.
The food was good, but BE AWARE that there is a mandatory TIP that they put on your bill, which was ridiculous!! Do NOT TIP if they will be charging it without even telling you!!!
The gorditas are great.They have a good variety of food and drinks.The owners are always very sweet and helpful.
