La Fiesta Grande Mexican Restaurant

I think the food is good. First visit I had Nachos with a mango water. The Second time time had 8 tacos 2 of each kind. It was all right and I was ok with the inflated price since inflation is just going up. The problem I have was the service was slow even though the place was practically emty the second time I came in. The first time service was more or less on point. The other problem I have is that they charge an 18% service charge and they seem to still want you to tip. I usually tip minimum $5 to 20-25% base on service so if I tipped them like I usually do it would be an 38-43% tip. Why not just raise the menu prices again by 18% to make up the difference that way people don't feel like they're double tipping? The food was good though complaments to the chef. Need to get pricing model correct without compromising quality of food or employee satisfaction. Parking: A few in front it's a small shopping center.

We were on the area just looking for a place to have lunch, to our surprise the food was really good. I’ve lived in San Diego and have visited many Mexican restaurants, this one is on my top 10. We had Tacos al Carbon, Shrimp Quesadilla and 2 house margaritas. We’ll be back here again soon! Gonzalo, the manager, is very friendly and a great guy. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces on the mall parking lot

Food was good. 1.50 for tacos on Tuesday. In and out in 30 minutes for lunch. Ordered the cheese dip and it was good as well. Salsa was a little spicy, which I like but other may not (just a heads up). I’ll be going back.
