Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was great, very fast service and onion ring portions with combo was very big. Their custard was excellent as well. Too bad they don't have one near where I live

My son ordered the kids meal via the drive through. Cashier was not polite. The hamburger and fries were barely warm. I had just left chick fi la drive through for my order. My food and service were awesome. Man, it's like night and day. I may visit Freddy's in the future solely to see, if there are any improvements

I like Freddie's in general but this team needed some leadership. Food was fine. Came out quickly. Full staffed middle of the day without the volume of business to cover. Staff standing around doing nothing when tables could be wiped down and trash area cleaned. The place need to be cleaned. What was bad about this visit how the staff treated customers When a staff member leans against the counter with their back to the customer, it speaks volumes on what leadership is expecting. ( very little) The act of turning your back to the customer in the food service business is basically a sign of disrespect. It says your not important. Now if team member had to do something that caused them to turn around. That is different. I know food service is a hard industry. That is why successful operations are driven by people who LOVE the business, the people, and love putting out the best food They believe in the best service. Food service is not for everyone..
