Saturday afternoon. Service and atmosphere was OKay.. Service, waiting time was 10-15 minutes late.. but it was quite busy.. I was there with mother from about 1:20 till 245.
La Capilla is the consummate Mexican restaurant. The food is fantastic with large portions (so we have leftovers for lunch the next day). The service was spot on and it just had a feel of being in Mexico. It's not fine dining but it is excellent Mexican food.
Everything was good, however, my rice looked like it was scooped out with a scooper. The top was nice and hot, but the more I dug in, it was a little cold. Perfectly cooked rice though the texture was on point. I ordered the beef enchiladas and it came with rice, refried beans. The service was good for the most part. Our server, forgot to bring me my drink until it was almost time to go, so I asked if I could take it to go. I'd definitely go there again. Parking: The free parking on the streets is for 2 hours only.
