A phenomenal experience in a cozy restaurant. Everything we had from the crispy chickpeas (the standout dish, surprisingly) to the empanadas and steak was absolutely fantastic. I want to marinate myself in the chimichuri.
La Barrita first opened its doors in 2018. This authentic and fresh steak house features a farm to table concept straight from South America, with hints of Italian and European influence. My most fav dish there is the grill octopus over quinoa. Simply delicious, healthy and perfectly seasoned. Love a strong sangria? This is the spot for you! Enjoy their outdoor patio space, located in the heart of Butchers Hill, Baltimore. La Barrita will have you thinking that Butcher’s Hill is the new Brooklyn NY – or even the new Buenos Aires.
After eating at this restaurant, I can definitely understand why getting a reservation here is so hard. La Barrita is just plain fantastic. Butcher’s Hill Baltimore is quite lucky to have this place in their area! The Argentinian food is incredibly flavorful, and the drinks (especially the sangria) get you feeling nice! The service was impeccable; our server, Amanda, was attentive, kind, and made our visit a memorable one. I cannot wait to return!
