Kwong Tung Inn

This used to be my favorite go to Chinese restaurant but now they don't even answer the phone. I tried 3 days in a row to call in a carry out order. First 2 days the phone didn't even ring and said the subscriber you're trying to reach is unavailable. The third day I called and it just rang and no one answered. I called 4-6 times in a row and still no answer.

I've been patronizing this place since 1979. And today I was accused of NOT leaving a tip on my last visit and it was added to today's bill. Where is that done at? Tipping is an option. What proof did they have that it was me? I was told Thank U for doing business with them for that long but it's just rude NOT to tip. Then the waitress was trying to come after me and the cashier guy was holding her back. I didn't get belligerent. I clearly told them I can either pay for what I ate today or pay nothing at all. Their choice. Better yet call the police. I have the time. I paid my bill and tip a whole $0.25..Where is it your forced to tip let alone from a past visit. Bye Bye Kwong Tung Inn but it's time to take my business somewhere else!!
