Fantastic sushi! We started with the happy hour menu and ended up up ordering from the main menu. It was some of the best sushi we've had in a while.
Kuu is the go-to in the Memorial area. Good nigiri, and their Maki is amazing. Poseidan, Truffle Suzuki, and the Hama Yuzu rolls are our 3 favorites. For Nigiri, their Hotate, Suzuki, Hirame, and Hamachi is usually bang-on. One of our top 3 first tier sushi joints.
The best sushi. Food quality excellent. The omakase must get It with Julio and wine pair it. What we do is go around all over the world checking for the best restaurants. What's the best service. If you want to be in all as for Julio and let him give you the spiel it's incredible thank you Julio for an amazing experience will definitely be back to see you when we're back in town. Paris you got competition!
