Kustom Krust Brick Oven Pizza and Wings

We have been coming to this pizza place long enough to be recognized as regulars (2-3 years). We really like the pizza. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely the best in our area. We were happy coming here for a long time. Last year they decided to stop answering the phone. There is a prerecorded message that says to order on the website. At first, it was difficult to order on the website so we had to order through Slice and pay an additional $1 to order. Since then the website was improved and we can use that to order now. Tonight we went to place our order and kept getting an error message and our order wouldn’t go through. Tried through Slice and they said we didn’t meet the minimum order. So we drove there and ordered. I was sitting and waiting. After awhile I went back up and found my pizza was done and just waiting on the rack. They never let me know. Their Pizza and Calzones are fantastic! I ordered online from their website and it was easy to use. The reason for only 3 stars is because they no longer have garlic knots and just sub in the garlic sticks. Since I ordered directly off their website, they should not have had the knots on their menu. If I’d wanted the flat pizza dough with cheese and garlic sauce, that’s what I would have ordered. They could have called to confirm I was happy with the sub instead of just swapping out the knots.
