So glad we stopped here! The food was fresh and the portion sizes are huge. Everyone was super nice as well. Great hospitality, coming from a waitress! :) I got the chicken filet club & my love got the deluxe double cheeseburger.
Good home style food at good prices. Cheerful and attentive wait staff. Not elegant, but quite clean. They have a small side room good for small groups.
Hard to find a restaurant that sells liver and onions. Was thrilled when I found out A&P Restaurant actually does. So, I tried it, got the gravy on the side just in case it was dry. BEST LIVER AND ONIONS I'VE HAD! Didn't even need the gravy. Piping hot and so tender I sliced it with my fork. The service was first rate, didn't have to ask for my drink to be refilled, it just appeared like my server had read my mind. The restaurant was sparkling clean. Even the parking lot was clean. I'll definitely go back and sample more of their menu. Oh, the mashed potatoes were awesome. If I could give the place TEN stars, I would.
