Kuma Ani (New Scotland Avenue, Albany)

I stayed down the road from this for roughly two weeks and I think I ate here at least 8 times...one of the best places I have eaten in the area.

I love this places food! But their customer service has gone way way down. I have been a regular customer for 2 years ordering usually twice a month and dining in several times a year. I just attempted to order nearly $70 worth of food on Uber eats but the order was cancelled. I called to see if part of my order was unavailable or why my order was cancelled. I was informed that my order was cancelled because i gave them a bad review!!!! I accidentally gave this location a 1star review on Uber eats, I never review anything but apparently I did. I would undo that review but there is no way to do so. The woman who I spoke to was extremely rude and said that they would not deliver to me because I had left a bad review. I explained the situation as being an accident but she was absolutely not helpful. I can’t believe that a restaurant would farm good reviews by denying service. Utterly disappointed. I hope I can contact someone of more value tomorrow during the day shift.

Extremely good and inventive sushi. Exceptional service and an amazingly clean place. The layout and booths are very nice, it isn't too loud and two times I was there when it was very busy and our food maybe took a little longer than normal they brought out a free appetizer to tide us over. I will be going back again and again.
