Visited 9/17/22 -Everytime i go to this Krystals its poorly managed. The management and franchise owner has to do a better job of taking care of the associates. Training is key. If the associates are happy they will provide better service. The girl at the drive up window closed the window while i was speaking. Then I asked for creamer for the coffee and they are out. Nobody wants to work and provide service any more after the pandemic. No one looks like they want to be there at Krystals or care about the product they are serving. They are always out of things and do not manage the store properly. They do not care about the client. Another time , they closed the breakfast at 10 because they were out of things and the ladies in the kitchen were singing "breakfast is over" "breakfast is over"

We and my husband dined in, our food was great and Nicky rocked the show. She ran drive thru, Front Counter even had to help the 2 guys in the kitchen. Oh and I loved the donut hole....

Worst service ever. Took 30 minutes plus to fill our order. Very snarky girl at the window. Doors were all locked and big sign in window "dining room open till 9 pm" We were there at noon. No ice tea, no French fries, no napkins, no straws. If we could give a negative star we would. BAD BAD BAD!!!
