Customer service of the white male employee with a ponytail was very rude. Got upset because he gave me bacon that wasn’t cooked and caught an attitude because I asked for the food to be remade and then told me that I had to go and wait in line again to get my food. I asked him why I had to wait in line and he said cause I said so and slammed the window… I am beyond furious…

This is my 2nd bad experience here but yet instill I came here on my lunch instead of (Chick-fil-A) instant regret. Paid nearly $10 for a #1 single Dave’s burger combo and my meat patty was cold and hard?? I didn’t check it until I got back to work so I tried calling and there number doesn’t work (busy signal) called 5 times! Horrible experience and I’m starving and have to work 6 more hours smh.
