Kraverz Frozen Custard

The absolute worst burger I’ve ever had. Big a** bun, thin burger meat (thin as sliced beef ????), more lettuce than there was meat, could’ve find the cheese and lastly it was cold! They say fresh, never frozen but I would beg to differ. NEVER AGAIN!

We have stopped here many times for ice cream or shakes. The food always looks good, so we decided to try dinner. I had a double Volcano burger. Burger patties are 5 Oz each. The food was as good as it looks. I would suggest you look at the menu off-line before hand, as it is very extensive, so many choices. We didn't notice if they offered a gluten free bun.

The staff in the drive thru is extremely rude! This is the third time I came here (around 5:30 on a Wednesday) and the same young man is on the mic for the drive thru and truly sounds like he hates his job! He is rude while taking orders, and keeps saying alright in a (just hurry up and order tone). The older lady at the window didn't even speak when she handed my food, instead said go to park 2. The other week I came and staff were playing around in the lobby. This location has really gone down hill! Shame on the general manager, this is ridiculous!
