Kracked Crab

I don't even know how to describe what I just ingested. I know that my belly and my soul are both jumping with joy. Compliments to the chef for sure. The seafood boil was seasoned so good I couldn't even drive off. Thank you for your time, energy and food. It was beyond amazing.

Locations apparently in the food cart shops at Happy valley and Beaverton. Need to order an hour before closing just to be sure you can. I’ve seen them cut folks before 7:30 because it takes a while to prepare. I got three drips mix, soooo good, except too salty. Had to rinse some of the salt off at home but overall good. Another complaint, it’s fresh corn season, no need for nasty frozen mushy corn. And no egg. I would’ve given 5 stars but they gotta say when ingredients are missing or out of stock when it is a desirable part of the meal too. Great prices for what you get.

Not so good. The crab was thin and hardly any meat, which I really had to work at getting to. The utensil provided was pretty much useless since it tore up the little meat in the legs. The honey garlic drip tasted of salt and a little garlic and there was so much butter that I got more on myself attempting to get the crab than there was crab to eat. Mine certainly did not look like any of the photos I’ve seen in these reviews. A hard no for me, but my husband liked his lobster. Wish he had ordered that for me instead. This was the Albany Oregon location, not Happy Valley.
