Phatz Philly Cheesesteaks

The Troutdale Station Phatz is a joke! We were their only customers and it took over half an hour to cook two sandwiches. We were getting ready to ask for our money back when they finally wrapped our sandwiches and gave them to us. We were there on 6/25/2022 at 2:30 p m., and the young lady who took our order was rude and then took off for quite a while... which is probably why it took so long, as obviously the cook is not allowed to wrap the sandwiches. Don't waste your time or money, go to Grant's.

Only rating one star because it’s requesting a rating otherwise they owe me three stars. Hungry for food but they look like you’re a burden to their day. No acknowledgment and got the Side A for a few minutes while I stood at their window. Happily went and spent my money elsewhere

The food is good but portion size is questionable. I ordered a large, paid for a large, then they gave me a small. Always double check your order so they don’t scam you
