Beyond words! The owner greeted me with the nicest smile and served me like I was family! Spiros is a very nice person and excellent chef! He brought me the Chef’s combination, and I was flabbergasted. ❤️Best food I’ve had in Knoxville and one of the best ever! Best falafel, baba ghanouj, lentils, and fava beans soup I’ve had. Not to mention the Baklava! Place is located in the heart of downtown Knoxville and is easy to park and access. The place is clean, modern, beautiful and the staff is great! Five stars!

Chef Chicago was so inviting and accommodating to our dietary needs (vegans). One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to hands down. All around great reviews, service, food, aesthetic, etc. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

First timers, try the sampler! I was so impressed with the wholesome and lively flavors in all the dishes. It's obvious they put a lot of care and attention into the preparation. The menu caters to omnivores of all types, but I think it's one of the best places to get an entirely plant-based meal that's balanced and exciting. Features: Open air outdoor seating available.
