When you pick the company to make the food for the biggest day of your life, you’ve got a lot of pros and cons to weigh – will my guests enjoy this? Will they have enough options to cater to everyone that shows up? Will they be on time? Friendly? Etc. – well let me tell you, I found no cons. We wanted something less traditional at our wedding, so we were looking around the Crossville area for food trucks that may fit the vibe we were attempting to accomplish and found very little that sparked our interest. When we expanded our search, CJs Taco Truck was on the top of my list. I reached out and was very pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received from CJ.
