This is my go to for Jamerican food in New Haven. I can't eat everybodies jamaican food but this is the real deal for me. Of other places I have attempted to try this is the best and I won't go anywhere else in the area. The plantain is always perfectly ripe and my jerk chicken is just right. The soup will have you feeling brand new by the very next day if you feeling under the weather. They now have out door seating so you can enjoy the weather while you eat a delicious meal. Did I mention how good the soup is? This is a great place for dining in and enjoying a nice authentic meal. check out!
Amazing atmosphere with a very dedicated staff. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
We tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the snapper dinner. It was delicious! It was cooked down nicely and tasted just like the snapper fried crispy that I had in Port Antonio, Jamaica ????????! We will be returning!
