Aside from the fact that they did not let the customers get a free cup of water. Aside from the grumpy service. Aside from the lukewarm breakfast sandwich. The worker who took me order knowingly cheated me. I ordered 3 piece French toast sticks and he rang them up as 5 piece. Then I heard him yelling to the other worker that the order was for 3 piece packs (not 5). When I checked my receipt, it showed they rang up as 5 piece, but in the bag of food, thee were, in fact, 3 piece bags. Only when I pointed out the error did the worker give me the difference back (and without apology). I would never go back here again!

Poor customer service, the restroom has been closed in the last 5 months. The sola machine not working too, I believe that they don't want customer to get refills. So now they give you your drinks from the back.

If you need to go to Burger King find it different one. I don't know why this place is open. Unprofessional. The behavior of the employees is a reflection of the ownership. Who owns this?
