Knowlwood Restaurant

Okay burger. Historic building. We dine in. Friendly cashier We could not find place to sit. The tables cover with left over food, paper, beer bottles, drink cup and straws No one was busing the tables. We had to clear and bus our table. Do not use the squeeze bottle ketchup on the table. Smell. Do not know if the owners are aware of this. Men restroom was a night mare. Where is the restaurant manager?

Cool place and atmosphere, good service but the food was blah! Champagne for mimosas tasted old as if the bottles were opened last week. Food didn’t taste that great or fresh either… Was pretty disappointed.

I recently visited Knowlwood Burger Joint with high expectations, as they claim to have the "World's Best" burgers. Unfortunately, the burgers did not live up to their claim, and were not even in my top 10. To make matters worse, the service was lacking. I had to ask multiple times to get my coffee refilled and other drinks. While the food was decent, it tasted like it had been frozen for months with freezer burn. The cheese was dry and seemed like it had been heated in the oven or microwaved. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that the Christmas decor was still up in March. On a positive note, the historic building that the restaurant is located in is quite impressive. It used to be a blacksmith shop and rates highly in terms of charm and character. However, the owner needs to realize that without customers, they have no business. It's important to prioritize cleaning and upkeep, rather than letting personal ego get in the way.
