Gangstalkers sit in this parking lot preying on their victims. Follow them into stores in attempt to provoke, irritate, and record a reaction. Simply acts of cowards hiding behind those with a badge.
Kind of the worst example of strip mall culture. Store fronts are not awful, but the parking lot is expansive and thus ugly. The stores that are in the strip have a relatively busy street running in front of them all that feels one part unsafe and another part chaotic. There are so many stores crammed in that this place can be pretty wild at times. I only really go for the restaurants and the occasion store visit.
