Polite employees, however… I am DONE with ordering drinks from Dunkin. My drink was once again burnt. I love wasting $5 on a drink I don’t get to actually consume. I’m not sure if corporate is lacking in the training or what, but anytime I get a large hot beverage it’s almost always burnt tasting.
Terrible service took literally 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a cup of coffee. And this wasnt just a one time experience i was at the hotel staying for 2 days and went here a couple times everytime terrible and rude employees too.
Brianna at the drive thru was wonderful and sooooooo nice! She even offered my puppy a pup cup ☺️ made my latte perfect.
