Wow! I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kimball! I got the ribs and they are sooo good. They really fall off the bone and the sauce is made in house. Hands down the best ribs I’ve ever eaten. For my sides I got broccolini and sweet potato fries. I love that the sweet potato fries are waffle cut and the broccolini was surprisingly good with the chili oil. The drink menu is impressive. There are about a dozen different margaritas and a dozen more unique cocktails. I’m going to be back here a lot to try these bc they all look enticing. I tried their version of a Cadillac margarita and it was delicious! I love that on both the drink and food menu most if not all of the syrups and sauces are made in house. There are a lot of unique flavor combinations. You can tell that the menu has been curated with great attention to detail and that really shines through in the quality and taste of the food. Great restaurant, pleasant atmosphere indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff, everyone comes across very genuine. Large outdoor space and the indoor dining wasn't cramped at all. The food is delicious and beautiful presentation. The bartender even offered up a sample taste of a special NYE drink for tomorrow night. We ordered a variety of food and everything was superb. Something about the cornbread ,it was so good, I had to get an order to go. This restaurants is such a hidden gem!
