PHO KHA RESTAURANT

Under new management and the Pho is under portioned, overpriced and tasted mediocre at best. I was shocked they charged me over $17 for a bowl! There was hardly any meat, despise it being very bland (but they made sure to give a mountain of bean sprouts :z) I don't expect this place will be in business for long.

I have to say this little place has the best Pho hands down!!! I also want to emphasize the great customer service that we received. I highly recommend this place. I've been to over 20 pho places in SD and this one takes the cake. We took my 2 young sons with us and since they don't pho we brought in burgers for them and these guys were totally ok with it and understood. Can't Say enough good things about this establishment.

We walked here from the train station for lunch. We ordered the pho dac biet, pho kha special, and the grilled kbbq ribs with rice and egg. Everything was so good! The broth was rich and the meat was tender, sweet, and flavorful. The kbbq ribs were seasoned well and bursting with flavor. We're Vietnamese so we've tried pho from many different places. This place is one of the top 5 phos I've had in my life. As we were finishing up our meal, the table next to us received their food, which included the fried rice with shaken beef. It smelled delicious and made me hungry again even after I had finished my bowl of pho. Staff was nice, and the bathroom was clean with a cute automatic trashcan. I wish we lived closer to this restaurant!
