I used to order from the sushi place a lot. I would order the crispy salmon roll and make my husband try it and he liked it A LOT as well. But as I ordered more the quality of the food became worse. I gave them a few more chances but the order that I ordered recently is now making me never to order from them again. I looked at the other reviews and saw many other people said same things. The order that I got was crispy salmon roll and the avocado was BLACK! I was so disgusted… and the sushi felt hot and cold so they gave me probably three day old sushi and microwaved it. Also the staff in Kiku are very mean especially the woman who answers the phone. If they want more customers (which they don’t have many when I would visit them) they need to make there food more fresh and staff more polite. Never going to come back to this place again and I would recommend to you better sushi places on Staten Island like SALMON SUSHI in the north side of Staten Island. They are more clean and polite.
Been going here for a few years and they actually upgraded their food so yummy and service is great I don’t see people eating in often but would definitely recommend!!
First time there today for lunch... Everything was exceptional.... Clean, great service, amazing food and totally reasonable prices.. Highly recommend
