extremely disappointed this visit. Will no longer be returning to this location. I initially placed my order over the phone for pick up. When I arrived, I was told my food was given to the delivery driver. I waited in the restaurant for another 45 mins for my food to be prepared. Finally, after an hour and a half since I initially placed my order, I got home and opened the meal. The pizza was cold, the Cacio w Pepe was in water, not even a proper sauce and flavorless. The rest of the meal was extremely dissatisfying. The manager was rude and was not willing to accommodate or refund us for the meal as everything was subpar. I’ve eaten here before and had take out and never experienced such terrible food service and quality. Will not be retuning here.

The bread is great and the atmosphere is nice. All of the staff was really nice. Ordered 5 wings and they gave me 6, they were also delicious. Best pizza I have had in my life

I am visiting my son here in Staten Island. Remembered how good this place was from last year's visit. I waited a year to taste delicious pizza again, definitely going back again before returning home to try some other dishes!
