Place order for $120 when I get to my hotel no shrimp was in my bag call store like 20 time finally spoke to female who told me I can come back the next day for my shrimp she take my name and phone number call back today spoke to female who told me I can come in and get my shrimp just be in before 8:30pm like 5 mins after a male call me stated that they are unable to give me my shrimp I ask why he stated chef say everything was in the bag ask to speak to a manager not in I can come in for the number ask for him to give me manager number over phone he say you need to come in before 8:15pm I just spoke to female who stated 8:30 he say she make a mistake and hang up phone.Called back and ask to speak to manage he was like manager step out. I’m try to figure out why I’m not getting my order because food didn’t even taste well. Need management to reach out to me because it’s poor customer service at this location.

Best kickin crab I’ve been too. I get spicy and they always make it just right here the cooks here are always on point! Customer service is also great here!
