Jack in the Box

Horrible service ! I went to order an ice coffee on my lunch the girl that took my order was nice but the manager the blond haired younger lady was rude !!! I ordered my coffee and the blond ladies family came in and she screamed to the cashier give them a discount ! And so they ordered a bunch of milk shake and ice coffee and then the blonde lady finished tkaing there order . She proceeded to make there ice coffees first and shake and I stepped in and said excúse me I ordered first . Then she kept on ignoring me and I repeated I ordered first and she was making there shakes . Then she finally acknowledged me and said “oh your missing an ice coffee and i repeated “yes I ordered before them and she kept asking them about her aunt and some what instead of apologizing. Won’t be going again to this location . Not happy .

So I received my food at approximately 6:25 p.m. it was supposed to be three egg rolls. When I got to my destination at 6:33 p.m. I found out that I had an order of onion rings inside of an egg roll box which I've never seen before in my life so I'm wondering if it was planned. So I called up Jack in the Box and told them what happened and the gentleman said that if I brought the onion rings back that they would give me my egg rolls. So I got back to the restaurant at 6:55 p.m. and they gave me the egg rolls that they cooked for me at 6:20 p.m. I have never been treated that poorly at a restaurant in my life. Any other restaurant would have given me new egg rolls. I was wondering if they had taken my egg rolls and rolled them around on the floor while I was gone and then gave them back. So I just left the onion rings on the counter and walked out because yeah I spent 5.50 but getting sick from food that was ruined for me is not worth $5. I will not be going back to that Jack in the B

At this store it always feels like they dont want you here. Long waits at the counter with very little acknowledging you are there. Very curt with the customers as well. At least the a.c. got fixed. Came back again. Still very short and curt with customers. Think the a.c. is broke again. Also this visit I could hear staff talking badly and making fun of customers in the Drive thru. This is one of the worst Jack's I have ever been to. Only come here because it's close to home and the free wifi Parking: Lots of parking
