Horribly soggy gross chicken with Zero flavor. (To go order) They did not include butter or honey. They also packed cold coleslaw with your hot items. ????♀️ seriously, that's just common sense!! Who wants warm soggy coleslaw when they get home?
Love the new selection. We had the 10 piece bucket with drums and thighs only (finnaly the two pieces we only get in a meal). Love the large sealed drink carrier they have with meal. Meal has everything you need for a fair price. We will keep going back.
This location is usually pretty good about substitutes... I really only like chicken legs and even when I order the 10 piece dark meat, (usually thighs, legs and wings), they are good about giving me 10 legs if they have them. And doesn't everybody like KFC?!? LOL
