Just moved to the area thought I’d stop and try this boba cart. Maybe I just caught the dude on a bad day but customer service was not his strong suit. I walked up, smiled and said hi and he just stared blankly and annoyed at me. I ordered my drink and stood there. He got it out to me in a timely manner but when he did he held my drink out in an annoyed gesture staring at his phone and I said thank you and walked away. Now I’m a firm believer in tipping if the service is good. I wasn’t expecting a full conversation but the experience could have been way nicer. I walked away without tipping today. This will be the first and only time I will be a customer here.

First time customer but probably not a repeat one. The tea itself was really good, but…. waited 15 min for a boba tea, then watched it being made in 30 seconds after I asked about the delay. If it ended there with an apology for the delay, this review would have been 4 stars but it didn’t. The man working the cart appeared offended when I chose not to tip (not sure if this had anything to do with the wait), and appeared annoyed that he had to stop what he was doing and turn down the music so I could ask him how much longer it would be. I get he was the only person working the cart and there could have been a lot of online orders coming in that I was not aware of or even other issues, but I feel like 15 mins for a boba tea is a bit much, especially when he made it so quickly after I asked him about the delay. As you can see by the pictures I feel duped. We paid restaurant prices at a food cart which i wasn’t happy with but then when the food came I was highly disappointed and not happy at all. We also got orange chicken bows and the rice was watery and the chicken was that cheap nasty processed stuff. We also got two drinks which were the highlight. Food went in the trash the drinks went in our stomachs. Not happy with paying $44 for 2 drinks but now we know. Hopefully this review helps others not throw money away. Ending advice don’t buy food here, stick to the drinks.
