Did an online order around 6:45pm on a Saturday. Got to the restaurant and they were busy cleaning to shut down at 7pm on a Saturday?? Did not cancel my order, neither gave me a refund. Was told to deal with it myself, I'll despute the charge tomorrow but will never go back to this KFC, and I have been going there for 20 years!
