Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders

Good good! Enjoyed the tenders salad and crinkle fries and Texas toast. I loved that it wasn’t too salty, but some said it was much more flavorful than zaxbys but I think Z is saltier usually. I’m torn because I like both. Just visit both often and you can joke that you’re not eating at the same less healthy place. Only thing I noticed was Hueys is a little more tight with their sauces and per my pic they charged me .60 for the same sauce my kid and wife had and neither had much of theirs????????‍♂️. Don’t ask for 2 different sauces w your salad you’ll get an up charge even though they give you 2 2oz cups(vinaigrette was good) already. They had grilled option for dairy free child fyi. Overall I love having more good options and will be back here! It’s easy to visit goodwill and $1.25 ???? right after eating here too????

Ate here twice. Both times the meal was perfect. My husband and I got the dinner for 2 which is a great value. It comes with 8 tenders! The first time we were told that it did not include slaw but the second time, today, it came with it. I tried the Buffalo sauce today and it was really good. The employees are super nice. Food was hot and the wait was short. It's a 30 to 40 minute drive for us, but it is now our favorite place for chicken.

Picked up a to-go order here on Saturday afternoon. We hadn’t been in before but discovered the ordering system is somewhere in-between a fast food place and a sit down restaurant. Food was good but even in at a slow time of day it took 20 minutes of waiting to get it. Definitely order in advance online if you want to speed up the process. There is not a traditional drive-thru and order line either, just a drive-thru pick up line for food you preordered online. And, don’t waste your time downloading the app. I did, then, once I created an account and logged on it just sent me to their website to order for the Oakwood location anyway. At this point, we just went inside to order. Staff were friendly and the restaurant is cuter than most dine-in fast food places - farmhouse chic with little seasonal bouquets on some tables.
