I was not acknowledged or helped by anyone until I loudly asked if someone could help me. It took a very long time to get my take out order and then when I get home they didn't give me what I paid for, they forgot my sides.

I rarely am this angry at a place to leave a review with this much venom, but this place has let me down for the last time. I am done with this location. I worked in restaurants for 20 years of my life and never have I seen a place that is consistently letting me down. I know you close at 9... you CLOSE at NINE, you don't leave at 9. Also any money you get pays to keep you working and EARNING your money. They close early, they shut their fryers off... it's 845 and your fryers are off, yet you supposedly close at 9. I know it's hard getting people, but if this is the best you can do, do everyone a favor: shut the doors and close for good!! I work in Kenosha and live in West Allis, I ultimately got Portillos in Greenfield, 45 minutes away, and when I paid for my food I actually got it!
