KFC

2:07 PM I purchased 8 original thighs at this KFC. The thighs tasted as if they had been cooked in scorched or old oil. They were not hot just warm as if they had been in a warmer for hours. The chicken meat was even cooler inside. I tried a second piece it was the same. I asked my daughter to taste the chicken, she spit it out. I called KFC and I was told to come back & they would exchange the chicken but, then in a instant another lady took the phone and started asking me one question after another. I told her I lived close by and would be there in a few minutes. I took the chicken back and talked to the manager. She was the very person who waited on me and the person that had taken the phone from the other employee. She said, ”I will give five pieces,” as she headed to the warmer. I told her not to get them from the warmer. I asked her for 8 thighs fried fresh in clean oil. With a rude tone she finally got around to saying no. This has happed to me twice before in the past 3 years

This place is clearly short-staffed but we stood at the register waiting to order for five minutes with no acknowledgement. Another gentleman was missing something from his order and also waited several minutes without acknowledgement. We left. It takes two seconds to say "We'll be with you in a moment" and it makes a huge difference.

Horrible —-I pull up 45 mins before the time and they say they’re closed a huge inconvenience when posted online they’re open until 11pm on fridays
