KFC

This location is lacking in many ways. Their drink selection for sugar free options is horrible. Food is always missing from our order,or they don't have any. Only location I've ever been to an been told they have no chicken. How is that possible? Last visit we seen large rats running around. Needless to say we haven't and won't be back.

We went through the drive-thru ordered from kfc, the young man taking orders, working the window seemed very sweet! But meanwhile we waited about 10 minutes for our food. Which wasn't his fault, there's a lady who left our bag of food on the counter and walked away. Definitely no team work here!! Got home in 5 minutes with our food cold and nasty..

Worst ever!!! KFC Abbott Rd., Buffalo, NY Placed the order through their mobile app and the five piece chicken tender box meal was missing both of the sides and the dipping sauces as well as the à la cart items were cold and blah tasting. The best part is they wouldn’t answer the phone for the entire hour and a half I tried to call after … so I guess they don’t take more orders as well. I hope the owner and headquarters knows about this location. I will forever speak poorly about KFC because of this location.
