Visited Kerby's on Telegraph in Southfield at 11:40 a.m. on 3/7/2025. We were seated at 11:45 a.m. and requested coffee. We left after waiting for coffee for 15 minutes. While waiting, we observed several servers (identified by their burgundy uniform polo shirts), sitting in booths with other customers and texting. Waiting 15 minutes for coffee in a restaurant that was not full IS NOT acceptable. We WILL NOT return for any reason!
The waiter was attentive and prompt. The food was ok....we ordered a grilled chicken pita,, fries, mozzarella sticks, cheesecake with strawberries and drinks. The atmosphere was dull and drab. It wasn't dirty but we had to walk to 3 booths in order to find a clean one. There were maybe 3 other guests there dining as well. Food : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 … More
When we arrived the table was dirty. I asked the waitress could she wipe it and she said she would wipe it later. After leaving us for 10 Minutes, a different waitress arrived. The wings were over cooked too hard. The coney buns were hard. It was not a good experience. The manager did take off the price of the wings though. We saw other patrons complaining about issues at their table. Not sure if I’ll ever go back.
