Kendall's Grill

I don’t typically write reviews, but I have to let this one be known. I paid $9.92 for this. This is the tiniest pathetic excuse for a cheesesteak I’ve ever had. It had nothing on it but a scoop of meat and some, I’m guessing, cheese. In terms of flavor, it tastes ok, but I was STILL HUNGRY after I ate it. I’m not a big guy or even usually eat a lot at one sitting, but for 10$ I expect more. No vegetables, barely any meat, and you can see in the picture how big it is using a bic lighter for comparison. This is my first and last time at Kendall’s. Maybe the rest of their food is a better value, maybe it’s better if you sit in instead of drive thru. I didn’t have time to go inside and inquire because the point of drive thru is not having to go in. Super disappointed and will not be returning ever. Even though I pass by it virtually every day in the morning and afternoon. I don’t mind paying 10$ for a good sandwich, but come on. This is robbery.

I stopped at this cute little diner as I was passing through town. The two guys up front were super nice and let me take my time looking over the menu. There were so many things that sounded good that I didn’t know what to pick. I ended up going with the gamecocks chicken sandwich which had fried cheese curds on it, a chili cheese dog, and a pumpkin spice shake. Everything was amazing! I hope I get to stop in at this place again soon! Highly recommend checking this place out!
