Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We didn't get to order this ace is a BAD JOKE no air everyone walking around .not taking customers orders and the drive thru out to the road they didn't seem to know what to do there werntamy people inside the store but the few that were had a long wait a long time after standing g at the counter watching the employees walk by without acknowledging me for 25 minuets I left. This store is nasty inside floors didn't look like they were clean and the rest of the store was very outdated this store needs to be closed.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW SERVICE ANS VERY UNORGANIZED.

I loved this restaurant when I was growing up but since the owners have changed I don't really like it anymore the lady that took my order didn't speak or understand English very well and she kept repeating my order over and over so I believe that this was my last visit

I thought the ice cream would of been better for the price. The guy at the window is not very cashier savvy at all!!! He told me I couldn't use 2 different cards to pay. ???? When we all know you can. Then he added extra cookies to my kids ice cream when I didn't ask an charged me for it! My ice cream was cookie dough an maybe had 8 pieces of dough, then regular ice cream....totally not worth the money for ice cream. Try sonic next time.
