Jun Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

Had a great time and ate great food here. However, we were asked to move seats because my party was occupying an area that seated 6. Apparently the other party didn't provide information on how many were coming and apparently the restauraunt did not know or ask them how many either. We were hesitant to move because they offered only floor seats next to the front window when we were asked to move. We offered to move to the sushi bar instead and they said that was fine. It's not a pleasant experience to have to move after being seated. It might be in the interest of the restauraunt to practice better information gathering so it doesn't happen more often. As far as table service we felt somewhat ignored as the dirty dishes sat next to use the whole time we were there. They also did not offer us any condiments nor could we have asked because our waitress did not come over after we moved and we ended up getting up to find our own. The menu does not state anything about wasabi on every roll. Wasabi in a California roll and a spider, evening ruined and told every roll has wasabi in it? Not on the menu? Would you put peanuts inside the roll without a warning? Or should my 7 year old try wasabi without knowing? Trash service and trash kitchen, no regards given. My fault for ordering 3 rolls with menu items not listed. Absolutely rubbish, been coming here for years. Steady more and more disappointing

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here! The ambiance was very nice, the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was good, even though they seemed to be short-staffed. Several customers were on friendly terms with the staff and seemed to be regulars, giving the place a very intimate and inviting feel. We found our new fav sushi spot after trying many in town! We'll be coming back soon!????
