That Jose guy really knows what he is doing! I was there 2 Mondays ago (the 12th) and Jose was running around doing everything! That man needs to become a manager and get a big raise! He even made an onion volcano! It takes a lot of skill to do that on a wok. I got the Thai dynamite chicken but I'll be coming back for Jose
