I pre ordered my food. I ordered lemon peppery wet which is mild with lemon pepper very well done. Upon arrival my food was not done when I finally received the food it wasn't very well done at all it was only lemon pepper. I told the waitress it was wrong and what I ordered. She brought it to the back they claimed to have dipped the chicken it clearly wasn't as you can see from the pics. I told the waitress it was not well done she said a few more minutes and this is what was brought to me. Where is the mild sauce hell where did the lemon pepper even go after recooking the same wings over several times. Not for my $15+ dollars. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN WHEN I ORDER FROM THE DECATUR AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AT WORK WITH NO PROBLEM BUT PANOLA RD. ONE WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK.

This is exactly why (with limited exceptions) it's near impossible to support black-owned businesses. I called ahead of time to place an order for a 50 piece & a fish basket. Upon arrival, I pointed out the amount billed ($69.99) was completely different from the prices that are listed on the website ($34.09 more than double!). The owner is aware of this contradictory information. She said very rude & matter of factly it's been a problem since 2017 (pre-rona), and flat out refused to make a one time exception to honor the online prices, or even provide a discount for their error in providing misinformation to the public. So for the last 5 yrs you're telling me that you've been operating a business & have failed to make it a priority to properly align your website, for your location, with current day prices. It's a b.s. excuse! Every link from grubhub to ubereats & in between sans delivery has a different price. No customer should be made to feel like false advertisement is an issue th
