Jo’s Chicken & Waffles

Third try in past 2 weeks. Closed every time. A closed sign may be helpful, or a neon open sign when open during working hours 11:00-9:00.

I've been trying to visit this establishment several times during working hours. Each time I visited, it was NOT open. Phone calls were not answered either. Was trying to order for an office gathering, but had to resort to using another nearby business. Maybe they should have waited a little longer to FULLY open. You never have a second chance to make a first impression!!!!! I'm DONE!
