I came to this place because I saw this sign where they advertise that you can substitute Impossible meat ON ANY BURGER for extra charger $2,50. So I order The Original and Spicy Houston by cashier. After that manager yell that we can have only The Original with Vegan Patty. She was busy with another customer for a while so I decided to not wait and step back. Then she called me and repeated that I can’t have the burger, she said something a about owner and when I asked why they advertised that when it’s not possible to have it, she interrupt me with “excuse me” and offer me I can have this burger with Black bean patty ???? So I can have it with black bean but not with impossible? Ridiculous, they build burgers from scratch, I did not get the answer just that “The owner said that, thats it” The manager really didn’t handle this situation and it was not really friendly and professional service. We left, they lost two customers, they made me to write this review and lost other customers.

The food was pretty good, service was slow, but what stood out was we saw an employee's personal phone sitting on the counter where food is prepared. ???? what's worse is that we saw them using it with their dirty gloves and continue to prepare food without exchanging gloves.
