WAY OVER PRICED. $15.00 FOR A HOTDOG SLICED OPEN AND GRILLED ON A OLD STALE BUN AND A SMAL FRY.........TOTALL NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
Phenomenal customer service. I felt bad but they had one thing off on my burger. I came back and the rep, Jay, that took care of me was super friendly and nice. He offered me any additional complimentary item to take care of the inconvenience but I declined. He remade the whole order anyway so now I have twice the amount of food I ordered. Thank you for showing good customer service is still out there Jay.
I actually ordered on Doordash, just a bunless hamburger and fries. Unfortunately, I was sent a cheeseburger. I have a strong lactose intolerance and will get very sick if I eat cheese, so the entire burger was inedible for me. Please take time to review orders before you send them out to customers, whether they're in-store or to-go.
