I called in a simple order for one spaghetti at 4 p.m. for them to have ready at 4:30 p.m. I walked in at 4:45 and it still wasn't ready!! I was told that the order ticket was lost. I stand around for 10 minutes waiting for my $14 spaghetti. I paid with two gift cards, then I'm told if I'm going to use a credit card for the rest I have to pay more, there's a 2.99 % fee for credit cards... I'm paying $14 for spaghetti and you're telling me because I'm using a credit card I have to pay more money! I understand transactions cost money... but I'm paying $14 for spaghetti... this place is unorganized and never ever on time and usually the order is wrong. I asked for cesear dressing with my salad I got French. How many mistakes can you make on one order?will not be returning.
Love this place. The pizza is DELICIOUS!!!
Food was good, service was good, reasonably priced. Very good experience. We had a party of 8.
