THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Good food and service. Menu is simple with plenty of options. Take out was fast even when very busy and delivery is faster than anything else delivered.

So I understand people are short staffed but it should not take 2 hours to get food delivered! I called at an hour and the driver was out for delivery then called at an hour and a half and they said it shouldn’t be long but they only had 1 delivery guy and he had 7 deliveries. It should not take 2 hours for 7 deliveries. The gentleman I thought was being nice and refunding our money for it taking 2 hours and us still not having our food, however after 2 and a half hours called to find out he just canceled the order. So waited 2 and a half hours for food to find out it was completely canceled and it was at closing time so there was nothing they could do, then hung up. Will not be doing service or delivery here again.

I have been a customer of this store for years, ordering online many times. Because I really love their food, I have overlooked a lot of issues in the past, but after tonight, I'm done making excuses for this location. I successfully placed my online order and my account was charged for the order. When I never received the notification that my order was out for delivery, I called the store and didn't get an answer. They never answered the phone. Did they close early? Were they in the store but not answering the phone? No way to tell and no way to leave a message about my issue. When I think about the other problems I've encountered with this store over the last month that I chose to overlook, such as constantly closing early and poor quality food, I'm left scratching my head why a business with such a great brand wouldn't try to solve their problems and improve customer service.
