Chiloso Mexican Bistro

The Jalapeno Ranch is liquid crack and I love it. I tried the tacos with pork on one and rojo chicken on the other. Great selection of meats, cheese, and toppings. The queso was absolutely awesome and overall I was pleased with the meal. The place was packed for a Tuesday night and easily had 30 people in line. Taco Tuesday is the latest fashion I guess. Thanks again for the great meal. Highly recommended!

Great Tex-Mex restaurant! This place always has a line, but is worth the wait for the food. I ordered the hatch chile enchiladas and chicken fried avocado. The hatch chile is pretty mild, so if you like spice you'll need to add more spice yourself and the fried avocado is always cooked right. I'd definitely recommend this spot!

I work with an organization and we ordered catering through Chiloso in Wylie. I worked with Alexis and Pillar, and they were very detailed and accommodating to the needs of our event. The food arrived hot and they provided everything we needed even a little extra like chips, utensils and plates. The people loved the food and we loved the excellent customer service.
